A wonderful house by the sea in Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island,
North Florida, USA.
It is a four bedroom two and one half bathroom house of 2600 sq. feet. One of the bedrooms is a master suite with a king bed and a tub and shower in the bathroom. Of the other three bedrooms, one has a queen size bed, one has two single beds and the third is a study with a fold out sofa bed. These three are serviced by one bath with a tub/shower combined. The master suite is separated from the latter bedroom wing by a full kitchen, half bath 'powder' room, a family room and a dining area next to a living room. There is also a bedroom sized work shop with an extra refrigerator freezer. Outside is a large patio with a 14X28 foot pool and heated spa. We are an easy 1/2 mile walk to the beach which is a beautiful 14 mile mostly vacant expanse of white sand. We have an indestructible Toyota SUV that we might be able to provide. Remember we drive on the 'other' side of the road!
25 minute drive to Jacksonville Airport.
December, January and February a bit cool, but the summer is hot, but the ocean nearby and the pool and air conditioning.
